Cancellation Policy

At Aurastan, each order is prepared with sacred intention and care. To ensure the authenticity and energy sanctity of our products, we allow order cancellations only before the order is shipped.
🕒 When Can You Cancel?
- ✅ You may request cancellation within 12–24 hours of placing your order, or before it has been shipped (whichever is earlier).
- ❌ Once the order has been processed, energized, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
📩 How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation:

- Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, we will initiate the refund (if prepaid) within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Orders with personalized recommendations, energized Rudraksha, or custom spiritual products are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
- Aurastan reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests depending on the order status at the time of the request.
