Refund & Return Policy

At Aurastan, we take pride in offering authentic, energised, and spiritually aligned products like Rudraksha, gemstones, crystals, and other sacred tools. Each item is carefully cleansed, quality-checked, and prepared before dispatch.
As these are spiritual and personalised items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in the rare case of:
- Receiving a wrong product
- Receiving a physically defective or damaged product
✅ Refund/Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- The product delivered is not what you ordered
- The item is physically damaged or defective upon arrival
🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or cancellation after order confirmation
- Incorrect information provided while ordering (name, DOB, etc.)
- Energised/spiritual products once used/opened
- Delay caused by courier companies or force majeure (weather, holidays, etc.)
📩 How to Report a Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive a wrong or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement (preferred)
- Or a refund if a replacement is not possible
⚠️ Important Notes
- Refunds are processed only after proper inspection and approval
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Aurastan reserves the right to reject refund/replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria
